- Plateup is if overcooked and cooking mama meshed together and made a roguelike, you create a restaurant as a group and have to survive to your 15th day. If a single customer is un happy, the whole restaurant closes down.

Ngl when skoottie was being super inefficient when he had just the mixer made me really mad. He would put meat in the mixer, and instead of going to do something else while the mixer works, he would stare at the mixer while it mixes, 😂
The Philadelphia Cream Cheese company has had a major cream cheese shortage approaching the holiday season for the last 3-4 years. In 2021, they actually offered to *pay* people not to make cheesecake over the holidays. Apparently other brands have had similar issues, as well. Oh and now in the last two months there has been a massive milk shortage in the US, resulting in a huge price hike and dairy shortages around the world
I remember this from 2021 because I was planning to make pumpkin cheesecake bars for a friends get together we were having and had such a hard time finding cream cheese of any brand 😅

As someone who worked there once, I hate to break it to you but panera doesn't make anything in-house, including the bagels. They get palletfulls of frozen shipments per week of all their stuff, and then just bake/reheat it per day. Still damn tasty, though, for sure.

Japanese cuisine is not a neighbour to French though? I guess they both like letting the base ingredient shine rather than adding lots of other flavours, but apart from that I think they are very different.
@@tovekauppi1616 I think that the presence of Japanese cuisine that high on the list is due in part to Tokyo being the biggest city in the world
@@haydes1285 they focus a lot on meticulous preparation techniques that highlight the (usually very high quality) ingredient's flavor. japanese cuisine is full of exactly that.
The burgussy is still made with beef but I think there's a second word that comes after it

As someone who's spent/spends time in Sweden, I only know of one person who has ordered banana/curry pizza, everyone else prefers/loves kebab pizza and the sauce that goes on top. :P
Yeah, Kebab pizza is definitely more popular. I think the banana/curry/peanut variety is brought up more because pineapple on pizza is such a big divider on the internet so putting banana on a pizza will raise more eyebrows.
So nice to see my culture represented in one of my favourite games, I did a solo run with dumplings and it was great fun!
Buoys would be a fun name for the themed dumplings.

Dutch bros is the most diabetic friendly coffee place out there! You can ask for any of the drinks to be sugar-free! Try doing that at Starbucks, you only have like 2 options. Plus the coffee itself is better!

I haven't been to einstein bros ever since they got rid of the potato bagel, but that and their veggie shmear were hands-down the best bagel and cream cheese I've ever tried in my life. I'm not a fan of a thick layer of cream cheese on my bagel and avoid plain cream cheese all together, but veggie shmear is the sole exception. I'd slather a bunch of that on a toasted potato bagel.
everytime i get sushi at one of those kiosks in the shopping centres, n they give you those soysauce fish containers, i ration them so i have one for my sushi n one for me to drink straight
You would be impressed by me as a child. I loved soy sauce sm (I still do but now I dont drink soy sauce bc I am less of a gremlin)

Skootie please tell me you have had a bread sliced cinnamon crunch bagel from Panera (formally STL BreadCo) and I lived in Saint Louis and it’s the only place (with a Panera bread) where you can say that you want your bagel Saint Louis style… aka bread sliced. I also used to work there as well, so I can tell you a decent bit about it.
I have one in the pantry right now :)

TRY THIS SKOOT! i ve discovered that if you get research desk bp and dont need it, just re-roll that round and im pretty sure your chance to get bpcabinet is higher at that round. almost always worked for me! you can actually buy or save the desk and roll i guess

Wow I wonder if it’s a mod. I assumed it was a bunny hat for the lunar new year (year of the rabbit) and it coincidentally looks like Skootie.
My university has an Einstein Bros. I’ve never had them. They’re in the Humanities building and last semester I didn’t have any classes there. This semester I have two classes there. But I usually go though the entrance that make me not walk past it. I’ve only heard good things though. But I also have a rule that was imposed upon myself, by my own anxiety. My rule is that in the first half of the semester I can’t use the university meal plan, dollars for the non-cafeteria restaurants. This rule leaves me with like 400 dollars worth of “flex dollars”, that’s what they’re called, while most other people have none. So anxiety isn’t all bad is it?
Also, I prefer cream cheese on the side. The I can choose how much each bite gets. Put the cream cheese on the bit you’re going to bite, bite it. Then if you’re half way through, and want more or less cream cheese, you have that option. And plain cream cheese for me, because I am a “plain ass bitch”.
Australians are pretty dangerous with pizza. Things I've had on pizza (that are actually great):
Potato
Egg
Pineapple (We're not savages)
Chashu pork
Honey
Broccoli
Snow Peas
Bolognese (no pasta)
Nutella (dessert pizza)
An entire apple crumble (also dessert pizza)
Honestly pizza is just bread, and you can put pretty much anything you want on it. You don't even need a tomato based sauce as the base. Garlic cream sauce is great, even with just cheese on it.
The Bolognese is my favorite one when I order pizza. Add onions, garlic and extra cheese and it's awesome. But yeah, no pasta
So, fun fact, the company I work at just hired the lady that owned taco sushi. She worked at Intel before she started running the restaurant and now she works at another tech company. Small world!

Personally I feel like if they do tacos, it would be cool if they did tortillas instead of hard taco shells. If it is like that, then I would prefer they come out on September 16 but tbf I would also be fine with it being on cinco de mayo.

Sushi burritos suck just as a concept, having to bite into this fat sushi roll seems foul. BUT, sushi TACOS actually slap. I didnt expect to like them but I tried them and theyre delicious.
