Healer need to do big HPS for NW first pull, even at 10 key healer need to do at least 1.2-1.4 HPS in order for the group to survive. If you can do that while at 620ilvl in a key 10, then by the time you are 633-636 like Greg here you can do 2M+ HPS for key 14-15.

13:49 the Monstrosity gives 24 count instead of 20. Has this been changed? On my updated MDT it shows as 20 count.
question about Final Stand. Does new target that get near you also get taunted? Or is it only the mobs near you when you cast it
