What a lovely painting just developed before my eyes! You always make it look so easy and your explanations are the best. Painting doesn’t come naturally to me but it’s my saviour more often than not when I’m struggling with my chronic pain 🙄 Your tutorials are the ones I always turn to as they are so clear and relatable and your suggestion to use bigger brushes, even for smaller details, is a brilliant winner for me as the dexterity in my hands is pants. Thank you so much for kindly sharing your skills and for the humour between yourself and Gail. Your beautiful art and chat brightens most of my days and I’m truly grateful 🙏😊
Hi Charles, What a beautiful bright watercolour. I really like the way you’ve captured the backlight behind the trees and distant hedges. Some lovely early autumn colours, with the trees just hanging onto their leaves before the imminent fall. Best regards, Wayne 😀👍
Hi. I must admit that watching your videos is always a pure pleasure, great is your mastery of watercolor, or apparent simplicity. I draw more than I paint, but each of your videos make my brushes scream and I start again. Thank you for your time. Cordialy
All good things come to those who wait, it's great that you're here again. I really liked the watercolor, but what I like most is watching you draw. I love your drawings, that's where you can see your personality. Greetings to both of you.
Oops I nearly missed this new video. Great creation from photo as already mentioned so precisely painted with lots of humour. Thanks Gail for photography & company. Won’t be painting for about 8 weeks cos I’ve a fractured my finger ( rh ) but, hope to watch further painting to practice when alls’ healed. Thanks

Thanks for another great painting Charles, great to have you and Gail back. How are the two toast munchers doing?

Thank you.
Nice one Charles thank you and Gail 😊
Thank you.
Yes Charles you make it look so easy my trees would never look like yous I get annoyed nae matter how I practice
But practice really does count!
Drawing your picture is something I need to learn
💜💜💜
Thank you so much
What kind of paper do you use? Because when my mother in law uses watercolor pensils the paper bubbels up due to the water.
What kind of easel do you use Mr. Charles
It’s a Trent sketching easel, but you can’t get them anymore.
I was, just today eyeballing the maple next door, looking for signs of yellow.
They don’t have to be yellow for you to paint them yellow.
@@charlesevans7706 That is true but in spring i look to the daffodils to gauge where the season is.
Excellent, as always Charles and Gail. Please keep 'em coming - especially with your banter. Hwyl from The Rhondda.
Pleased you enjoyed it.
More magic thank you Charles
Thank you so much.
Great to see you back. Can't wait to have a crack at this painting. Thank you.
You’re very welcome.
