Mental enlightenment is nothing- it is just intellectual understanding of who you are, it is not experiential, so is simply talking- bla, bla, bla. But when your heart opens up with an earthquake and black hole and you are so overwhelmed by those energies and you as awareness stay strong enough to hold everything with conviction, no matter what the circumstance, this is the highest awakening in action, then you know who you are, only then....,
