yeah I agree in fact its the most cleanest city in PH. I've been to other cities as well, pero tayong mga Pinoy walang disciplina kahit saan natin tinatapon ang mga basura natin!!!In Iloilo, sinusunod pa ng mga sweepers linis ang mga kalye..so I congratulate them for cleaning the city, anyway!!!
