OMG. I have been following Mike on IG for a while now and then low and behold my son youngest son Samuel shows up on a bike in the middle of this and then is the one taking pictures with Michael at the end credits. Small world!
That was probably the most amazing thing out of the entire video. The fact that your son was there while I was making the video such a small world.
Michael you are so inspirational to all. I especially love your dedication to your son. Two years ago Sammy wanted me to pay for his gym membership. I told him he would have to be able to do 20 pull ups before I would. It took him a year and a half to be able to do it, but he did, so I kept my promise and now he is very dedicated to working out all the time at age 17.

Yesterday i recovered from food poisoning and kept telling myself no more crappy food. I already work out but after watching Mike it's made me more strict on myself and hes motivated me to keep pushing and be better than the day before. Being sick is an ok excuse to fall off track and that should be your ONLY excuse. Never let laziness get in the way stay focused and your workouts will become fun!

U motivation me I'm from Oakland,Ca I'm 34 years old.
Last year I weighed in @ 291 lbs fat and lazy don't wanna go anywhere cuz of my looked and now I'm 241 lbs I've been lost 50 lbs in one month all I ate was salad and drinking water 1 gallon slice with 8 limes. I'm delivering for FedEx walking n running especially stairs and sweating.My goals to be 165 lbs or 155 lbs I'm 5'8.
