great video.....just a tip from someone that has to set these up at work sometimes. when doing the cable tidying under the desk, do the cable tidying when its at it's highest. that way when you lower the desk you know you've got plenty of cable length....nothing worse than raising the desk and ripping stuff out and damaging it.

You could always print some snap on flat pieces for the wires so your boxes don't slide off the back or into the boxes in the racks on the backside. or put the heights of the shelves different and use the back shelf as a stop.
I was thinking something like this or even plexiglass or 1/4 plywood to make a back. Only need to be 3” high or so to stop the bottom of the back of the boxes

Might be helpful to line the back of the box shelves with Skadis or other board to keep them from pushing too far and binding each other.
You bins or baskets on a rack at the end of those desks. Put all your parts in a basket, fold the pa king slip, throw it on top, and put it in the rack. Then you dont have them lying a pile.
What shipping software do you use?
Right now I use the integrated shipping in the platforms I sell on: Shopify, Etsy, ebay.

I'm surprised you just stage on the counter like this I somewhat expected like some staging bins for orders with how many smaller items you have in some orders.
I wasn't very clear in my video (as usual). Orders that are partially done, or still in progress will usually stay on my desk. I will also use the large table behind me for order staging if needed. Our main workflow is that items do not go to the final staging workbench area unless they're 100% ready to ship. We're still adapting our workflows as we go though.

More ads for sponsored items. I built our shipping station that is also adjustable for around $350.00. Includes honeycomb paper dispenser. Bubble wrap dispenser, air pillow machine, electric tape and label machine and various bins and shelves for everything else.
