I just bought the 1820 model on North Mississippi. They just started building it. Adams gave us 5,000 to use on upgrades or changes, I changed the whole carpet living room and dining room for Luxury Vinyl Flooring and I'm glad the HVAC door is outside and not inside of a room. Closing date is close to December. Only thing weird is that if you want an automatic garage you have to pay $500 for the motor. Lol.
Regarding the master suite, the shower door seems short if you’re 6’5” not going to work! Sad😢

Adams the lowest of the low for Florida home builders. Total garbage construction worse then Moronda and KB homes.. Save your money....

@@marisollopez-caldwell8137 There A/C makes people sick, there roofs do not last more than 10 years, there paint is terrible, they use the cheapest cabinets ever made, there framing is garbage, the windows are complete junk, the insulation is nowhere near adequate the list goes on. There houses have no craftsmanship just slammed together. I have been in construction for 35 years and never seen such junk. People are spending there hard earned money on junk. There houses are built for people who live in them for a year or two and move.
@richgallagher70 thank you fkr emresponding I was considering this model bc we wanted to down size n make it our forever home but I guess I really need to think of our health first n stay put n save more money to get anto something different any suggestions on better builder ?
