great video, thanks. You are a great teacher, very clear video. My mother-in-law had made some plastic canvas pieces for me years ago. Sadly she has passed and I was trying to re-create them. Thanks for a great video because I couldn't figure out the roof part of the birdhouse. I made a small mailbox ornament that opens which is adorable, also a re-creation of the one she made. These are such special pieces because once a year when I put them on the tree I have such fond memories of each of pieces, when they were given to me and by whom they were made. My entire tree is almost all home made ornaments and I treasure them all.
That's one of my favorite parts of Christmas - all the memories that go with each decor piece or ornament! I'm so glad the video was able to help you recreate some ornaments. Your mailbox sounds so cute!
Good morning. I came across your video whilst scrolling. I love the plastic canvas bell. I have now made one (red & green) and LOVE it. Thank you SO much for the tuition.
Please make more videos of Retro DIY Christmas ornaments, especially the plastic canvas ones. Maybe make a video showing how to do the different plastic canvas stitch designs? I loved these two videos.
@@babyjenks1784 Thanks for the feedback! I try to keep an even mixture of short, overview videos and longer, in-depth videos. So I'm glad to know the longer ones are enjoyed!
I followed a pattern from my great-grandmother! WHile I don't have any tutorials or patterns for a crochet angel, I did find this tutorial here on TH-cam for a beautiful lace angel - th-cam.com/video/AnwjHotmakk/w-d-xo.htmlsi=Mr8Qz91QcFPXETk5

I'll keep this in mind when I'm planning videos! Showing different stitch designs would be a fun video to make.
@@CraftersAutonomous ty so much for replying. Also I don't know about anyone else but I actually don't mind longer videos and sometimes prefer them
