Hi Mate, great video - one question. When you drained the old coolant from the lower drain bolt, you said in the video to fill up the reservoir while the drain bolt is still removed. Is that correct?
@liamdixon921 yes, when it starts driping from the hole, close it and fill it,there will be old coolant in the system and its good to flush it as much as u can
Thank you! It's pretty fast,1 - 1.5 hours, there is a cable at the end of the scooter (on the topbox holder) thats problem to take it out but on this video i made it without taking it.
Hello Balkan Biker. I am in the middle of the job right now. I have tried letting the coolant drain completely but when i look inside the engine part, it is still full of liquid (under the red cap), it seems it didn’t drain out. I have removed the drain bolt and the air bleed bolt. Please help!
@@balkanbiker1572 Hi, yes there was fluid at the engine cap. So what happened was, there was still some old fluid remaining in the system - all fluid didn't drain or come out of the drain bolt. Anyway i filled the reservoir, then i started pouring new fluid in at the engine filler cap. As i poured new fluid in, the old fluid came out of the drain bolt. Luckily the new fluid is a different colour than the old one. after continuing to pour new fluid in, I finally started to see the new fluid coming out of the drain (the fluid doming out changed colour from green to red). So i think like this I am good.
@@balkanbiker1572 I used only approx 1 ltr of new fluid in total though - that is less than you said is required so I'm not surer about that. Also if new and old fluids are the same colour I am not sure how you would know when you have all the old fluid flushed out.

@@liamdixon921 yes,let it flush a little bit more from the inside by putting the fluid while drain bolt is removed
So to clarify, you mean flush new fluid through from the reservoir to the drain bolt hole?

What quantity of new coolant is required to perform this task_
@@liamdixon921 Radiator and engine :1.35L

My Forza 350 doesn't have coolant filler in the engine compartment, it's in front by the radiator 😢
Very nice. How many hours did this operation take?

@@balkanbiker1572 Nice video! If I do not have the top box installed, i guess there is not a cable to worry about?
@liamdixon921 yep,no cable, the cable is for the box
Forza 350 has different cooling system?
Is it simply not enough to drain the fluid and refill the tank?
@@podunkman2709 i dont own a forza 350,sorry i dont know
