good one! did you go with your usual 11 for SPO or did I miss that somewhere in the vid? Also I think the plate is nylon glass fibre and not carbon fibre. not sure if that's more flexible or more still or what the intended results are supposed to be. Looking forward to your perf review! Thx!

1st! Planning to cop the low 1. Is the heel slippage that noticeable? is this true to size like other nikes? or i need to go a half size up? Thanks!
I’m 10.5/11 and I went with 11 in both and they’re snug. I say .5 up. On the low it is noticeable. Not the mid tho.
