Addiction is the addict’s problem. It is no one else’s responsibility but his. It is unfair to blame her for his problem. Addiction is a disease. If he had diabetes or heart disease would you also blame it on her? What about when he’s out in public or goes to events and there’s drinking going on? Should restaurants stop serving alcohol to accommodate the addict? That’s not his life works and people reeeeally need to understand how recovery works.
