I was honestly a little concerned when I saw Catty, because dollightfull once mentioned a pillow effect, which is when a doll has big arms but it’s awkwardly thin around the joints, but when I look at her again she’s actually really cute!
I would love to see more Frankie’s without the pink accents. Like ik pink sells but their design is too much imo. I would’ve liked to see maybe a neon green streak in their hair, and more blue green tones on their fit. They gave pink to everyone except for Cleo so that just annoys me. Not every character needs to have pink to sell! And I don’t think the shade of pink they chose for Frankie works well with their color scheme imo. I wish Catty had silver boots instead of pink with the buckles painted, also Lagoona needs a jacket or something.

People can be trolls. I like Miss Catty. Those poofy sleeves could be a shrug maybe? Like Cleos gold shrug jacket from skultimate secrets. I adore the refresh Frankie, their face is beautiful.
I hope they change the design in the series too, but I'm doubtfull since they didn't change cleo to look like the doll hahah. As for Catty I agree with you, the main issue is the fact that they changed a pre existing character, if they would have done this with a new character or a background character it would be less hated. Catty was my favorite character in G1 so I'm disappointed only with that. For example I wasn't feeling that disappointed in Iris beeing plus size. What I'm trying to say is that there's a difference between body shaming and disappointment for the changes to your favorite character. But at the end of the day she's not that bad and I'm going to buy her anyway

Her face is so cute and the accessories are so perfect (like the broken mirror) and I loveeeee the new body type ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I also like her dress a lot more than I thought I would I just wish she didn’t have boots, there’s something off about the boots that I don’t like maybe they need more paint detail or smt but he rest of her I love I also really like the new Frankie look 🤭 They look almost like scene inspired I love that Mattel gave them a more “alternative” style and the side part is like perfect. It’s very millennial but I’m so here for it ❤️❤️❤️

Catty is unexpectably good. The early photos were so bad... I am happy to see her. Now, I would be so grateful if Mattel release new bodies in future which are really slim or masculine. Because even thought I am 18 yo, my body looks more masculine and I am naturally very slim. I would love to see my body represented in MH dolls! 💛💛💛💛

I quite like catty I'm looking forward for her UK release. Maybe they got inspiration from Megan trainer for Cattys body. Regardless she's cute either way. As for the new core refresh dolls I think they look a lot a lot better then their first core release.

The proportions are way off. The head don't match lower legs. Omg knees down are super massive to thighs. Face is gorgeous. They missed the mark making her right.
