at the beginning of the video where the check engine code I was gonna say a leaking fuel injector. this is also very common on latest Honda Accord. direct injection is a bad design IMHO. leaking injector dilute the oil and cause even more damage. the customer service you received is unacceptable. My mother in-law has issue with her 2022 Kia Seltos and the dealer CS was terrible. I own. hyundai but its 2013 model so doesn’t have any of the new car problems and I can do most repairs myself.
Juan, your summery hits right to the issue I'm concerned about as well. It seems that I hear of more dealer service department having problems diagnosing what wrong in the first place, and when they do the part(s) needed can take weeks or longer to get. Also, if you plan on keeping it past the warranty. which i often do, some of these repairs are getting extremely expensive.
I'm on the same boat. I'm really struggling with wanting to keep the car, vs getting rid of it sooner rather than later before anything else goes wrong.

I only have 600 miles on mine and I already know I won't keep it. I should have researched the poor service issues first.
