Dazai hurt chuuya when he left the port mafia, but I’m sure chuuya has realized that Dazai leaving had made Dazai a lot happier, and he seems better in the ada rather than the pm. Chuuya has called Dazai inhuman before, causing Dazai to feel even less human (negatively affecting Dazai) and yet Dazai still believes that chuuya is far more human than he could ever be. That’s just their dynamic.
