Visa processing expenses, which range from AUD 4,000 to AUD 6,000, shall be covered by employers. Additionally, employers must provide a minimum of 38 hours of work per week. The minimum wage for the Temporary Skill Shortage (subclass 482) visa has recently increased, which poses significant risk factors for employer. To obtain sponsorship, individuals need to be highly skilled and listed on the skilled occupation list by immigration authorities.
In the previous message u said 482 is not ideal for highly skilled employees . Here u r telling me to get this visa u need be highly skilled ( that is true) . U r confused with something.

Once you migrate to Australia, maintaining health insurance is mandatory, costing approximately AUD 100 per month. If you reside in New South Wales, school fees are around AUD 10,000 per year for one child. Renting a house costs AUD 400-500 per week, with additional monthly expenses such as gas (AUD 50-70), electricity (AUD 100-150), phone (AUD 30-50), and home internet (AUD 79-120). You will also face a 33% tax rate, which increases with higher income from overtime or bonuses. There is a risk of visa cancellation by employers, and limitations exist if you appeal against unfair dismissal. Working conditions can be harsh, with long hours and little emphasis on family values, making it difficult to save money. The Temporary Skill Shortage (subclass 482) visa is not ideal for highly skilled workers but may suit those in less skilled positions. Based on my experience, skilled workers without overseas experience in high-paying jobs might find better opportunities in Australia. However, it is challenging to save money, and the lifestyle can be demanding, with minimal work-life balance.

Hello ..Thanks for the detailed explanation and I was checking in linkdin. So, while applying jobs in linkdin ‘there is a question -Are you legally authorised to work in Australia? -- should I opt yes or No. If we opt No here will they consider our profile ? Also if we are providing an indian contact number , will they be contacting in it ? How did you managed ? Should we need to get a preium linkdin account and message the hr contact directly ? How to approach?
Currently I have applied for PR before some 6 months and didnt received any updates from the immigration department, so thinking about other options like 482 . Can you please help here ? Can I apply 482 along with other PR visa options ?
482 is not something that u r applying for. When u will get a job in Australia, then the employer will give u a work Visa.That is 186, 482 etc. For that u need to get a job and it will surely take some time to get a job in Australia. But hope is there. U can't apply for jobs which need an Australian work permit. Trick that u can do is , if tht profile is matching u so perfectly , call the recruiter who posted the job. Apply for jobs regularly. Only LinkedIn my husband used. Not premium. Try hard. They will call the Indian contact number .

We came without agency as my husband is having some special skill certification in his Field. If u r going to an agency talk to them about ur skills and u can understand from their attitude that they are genuine or not

Hi, Before giving money to agent enquire whether the agent is MARA registered. Ask the number for registration. And if u r looking for a job here , after getting the job u can write english test. But for PR u have to get a very good score in IELTS or PTE

Maam if u r looking for a Job visa sponsored by an employer age is not a limit. But for PR I have heard that 45 is the limit. If u really want to come and live here, I think it's better to approach a very good agency that is trustworthy to ask which Visa u will get. Try it out maam.

482 visa yil varumbol we r sure that we have a job in hand. But in PR u have to come here and search for a job. But u can do any job till u r getting ur own skilled job. And for 482 u can't go and apply like other visas. U need an employer. If u r passed out just 2 years before one new scheme is coming it's called MATES.
