Hello, I am a Cameroonian architect, trained in the US with 12 years experience working in the US after school and now another 12 years back home, and based in Limbe too. I am actually familiar with this project as i have a few in the area myself. Limbe is making great strides, but comments on the kitchen and bathrooms on this project are spot on. Its an area many people ignore, and in the case of this particular project, for the amount of money spent equipping the masters bathroom alone, they could surely build shower cabinets for the other bathrooms. But otherwise its a great project, and the asking price is very fair for the area, for those wondering. Theres room for improvement of course but we must be positive if we are to grow. Good job!

Nice video. Good structure. The mistake most property developers in Cameroon make is that they don't separate the shower room from the toilet pot and sink. Come on guys!!!!! We're no longer in the 70s. That is a complete turn off for me. You can't put in so much money in that structure and still make such mistakes.

I agree. A toilet has to be separated from the shower. The toilet floor has to be dry at all times.
To criticise don't always mean , it's not appreciate , for me he is right,the engineer have to learn from critics to grow and deliver extraordinary things
The structure looks good...however, shower and toilette issue is common in Cameroon...frustrating having to clean the bathroom after every shower. The combination without proper drainage and divider is inhygienic.
So right as soon as I saw the bathroom and toilet the price went down for me. But look on the bright side it's an opportunity for someone to step in and do it the western way. What I don't understand the have the space to separate them.
Bathroom design in Cameroon really needs some updating!!!
For that price you get a mansion in Johannesburg South Africa in the most elite neighborhood (sandton). Plus it’s safer. And it is also much cheaper to live there than in Cameroon 😂😂😂.

Cameroon is too expensive. We had this discussion with friends sometime ago in the UK. And we were talking about hotels. When I look at prices of hotels in London and the standard, I tell myself, we are missing something
This is one of the better finishes I've seen in Cameroon. After living in China for more than 7 years, I became used to seeing ABSOLUTELY STRAIGHT LINES, perfectly smooth walls, flat and level tiles (with clean grouting) and walls that have 2 different colors have a perfect edge separation (paint from one wall doesn't bleed into the other). Coming back to Cameroon everything is just so mediocre. Even said hundred million frs homes are generally just huge cement mess. This one comes close (especially looking at it from outside). 👍

Nice building. Looks modern from the outside. For once, they do the windows big, though relatively small in bathrooms. But surprised a company did the construction and they didn't suggest partition in the bathrooms. No matter how spacious it is, without separating the bathing area from the toilet, it will always be small.

You can’t call this a modern house with that bathroom. Why do developers still build houses with bathrooms like this in Cameroon. You have to at least separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom. I’d add a small barrier

@The London ball out Nigeria, Ghana, Kénya and Tanzania are on top level with very luxury houses, but Ivory coast in particular is no better than Cameroon. There are many estates with houses to send, but truthly, that houses are not luxury with very poor design
Seems very expensive considering to abundant natural resources in immediate area. If possible my only question is why is the property area so small. The house itself nice just kind of wish it was a little more open

I like many things about this house especially the views, but it lacks so much attention to details. For example the shower not being separated from the toilets, the kitchen space not well managed, window frames not well painted… Nevertheless this house is amazing! Congratulations to the architect

The house looks good. But the camera man didn't do a good job. You're only saying the rooms are big but the camera man won't show us a good view of the house. I'm anxious to see the dimensions of the rooms but most of the view is only from your chest level upwards

Guys it’s a nice house, But I’m sorry, with all due respect,how on earth can you build such a mansion and then you don’t even install bidets in every restroom???????? It’s a no-no and that makes a massive difference. Most people including myself wouldn’t live in a house without a bidet! the shower, toilet seat and sink together thing wouldn’t cut it. the devil is in the details!!!and I don’t have an issue with the price-for the records. But the details must be on point.I still think it’s a great house…
