All feels natural . He is not forcing himself . He started training at 13 and was actualy supposed to debut as a rapper. Now after 17 years of experience , 2 solo world tours , many group concerts too he can really handle anything. You feel he belongs on stage , he feels home there, you feel a love to perform , he is having fun and is fun for the audience too. That producer you worked with was right . Young people feel the need to go over the top , they think is the way to prove themselves. A realy good singer knows to give the right dose . When you have solo concerts one must also make it to the end after 2 h of singing and dancing and still sound good on the end song 😅.

May explain why when I hear some singers who seem to hit all the correct and difficult notes, but I'm left feeling their performance is a little "sterile" - nit quite sure how to explain it, but whilst I appreciate it, it doesn't reach my emotions.
Yeah, Taeyang is used to moving a lot on stage, running, jumping, tumbling, twirling, crouching, rolling on the floor, etc. until he's dripping in sweat and out of breath. Even without choreo, those backtracks are kinda necessary with how much he can't stay still 😅.

Please look up yim jae bum‘s performances in Korean (Original) "I am a Singer". The original "I am a Singer" is different from the Chinese version, the vocals there aren't autotuned. Show the world what a real singer looks like.
Interesting observations, I would like to hear what you think about another Korean artist such as Onew from the group SHINee, he has done several covers and has an interesting timbre in my opinion. I recommend Nessun Dorma and you can also check out Rainy Blue, both can be used for a combined reaction to several artists to compare.
Norah jones has great vocal.....she doesn't need to sing high like most artists out there but still she can sing.....i agree with ur analysis...taeyang also like her
