9:41 There's a small detail I haven't seen many people talk about in the bad ending, Menendez has short hair when we see him kill Woods and then his 2025 mullet when he burns himself, which implies there was a time skip and his revolution succeeded to some extent in wiping out the old governments of the world. I interpt it as his self-game-end is just a way to come to terms with her death in his own twisted way.
