Good interview - I like the water remediation suggestion.

An idea as a an interested viewer: are there useful phone apps for adjusters: measuring, level, photo editors, that you can demo or tell us about? Enjoy your videos

I’m curious as to what size ladders to have. I know here in VA a 32’ would be needed to get up on at least half the roofs out there. A 32’ doesn’t fit well on an SUV. Even a 24’ is kinda big for an SUV.

32’ is usually the best to have can access 2 and 3 story roofs
I have a 32’ and two 18’ one extend and climb and one gorilla ladder
Me personally I don’t bother with a 24’ because most two story houses need atleast A 28’ to safely access the roof

Passed my state test and applied for my Michigan license 2 weeks ago, they said 2 to 3 months until it gets processed. What should I be doing/working on in the meantime?

Do mock claims if you can. The best experience is hands on experience when it comes to adjusting claims
