Tom and Har subscriber here, and now following your channel as well. My lady and I hope to begin our build in Dauin this Fall, and Orange Kite was the best choice for our contractor. Rather than go with one of Adrian's "L" shaped homes, we got a very talented architect to design a modern tropical home, also with roof decks like yours for enjoying the ocean views. Fun fact, when Adrian took me around for a tour one time, we were at that home adjacent to your lot that has already been completed. And they were clearing your lot at the time and Adrian was telling his backhoe driver to keep working and get the lot cleared, but I spotted a chocolate tree and said, hey you might wanna save that tree, it's chocolate! I hope it's still safe and we'll, lol. You have a lot of great trees on your lot. Best of luck with the rest of the build. I'll be following along.

Yes, when you talked about Tom & Har, I did see a lot of resemblance. A little different, basically the same. Nice place you got there.

I am folowing also Tom and Har. When i see the start of your build i thought damn this is the same house like Tom and Har. Nice concept house very nice. Whay is the budget for the house? Me and my wife also buzy planning going to build. looking for good contractor and price. This model house is everything we need. Regards Jack

Orange kite isnt even the biggest construction company on dumaguete. Uymatiao construction, Philsouth, and UyConDev are way way larger, though their market is more on high rise, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure work. 90% chance any large concrete mixer trucks you see zooming past the highways come from one of the three. Call center companies Qualfon and SPI each has more than 3k employees. There are at least 4 more call centers with at least 2k employees. Geothermal power company EDC up in Valencia employs easily 2k. And man, Bacolod is in Negros. That city would have factories and businesses that easily employs over 5000 people.
