Agreed about Freddie. I've really enjoyed this series. The only thing that has always bothered me was how far off they were in so many situations from real medicine. Doctors are not the ones running MRI machines and saying you are doing an MRI and then using a CT scanner is just lazy. The same docs don't do brain surgery, ortho and general surgery. They may assist but that's all. But even with the constant medical mistakes (that in my opinion could have been corrected) iv'e still enoyed the show. Freddie is a great actor and producer.
Freddie Highmore has given two different and spectacular performances as Norman Bates and Dr. Shaun Murphy. Not once has he been nominated for an Emmy but those of us that have watched him know he’s a legend.
Maybe Freddy should have used the t.v. shows lines where he was yelling " I'm A SURGEON 😷‼️, I'm A SURGEON 😷‼️" and replacing it with " I'm A Actor ‼️ I'm A Actor ‼️ I'm A Actor ‼️" while on Stage in front of the Academy Award actors and actress people sitting in chair in Hollywood giving out Awards .
I wish this show would continue for another 20 years!!! This is the only tv show I religiously watch every week. I think we all would love the show to continue. I will miss seeing this group of actors work together. ❤

Tbh, if you watch the show and this interview, you can see how amazing Freddie is. Switching accents ,playing the role of a doctor with autism . Man is absolutely amazing.
My Daughter was recently diagnosed with autism and this show helps me to have a perspective of the challenges she will face in life. I really pray God that Mom can stay around for long enough to help accomplish her goals. Early intervention is the key to succeed and incorporate to society. Momma won’t give up on her I will do whatever I’ll have to do for her to live a good life a “perfect” life

This is my comfort show. When I’m feeling down I usually turned on Impractical Jokers for a laugh and then watched Good Doctor to learn about relatable issues and how these characters deal with that. I’ve been with this show since the beginning when I was a sophomore in high school and now I’m about to graduate university in hopes to get accepted to a medical school. Highmore is fabulously talented actor! One can’t hear his British accent at all, plus his autistic dialogue sounds very authentic. I absolutely have loved every single episode of The Good Doctor! I am so sad to see it come to an end when we finally really get to know the characters and also starting to know the characters. I believe it could have gone on for another 4 seasons. This show brings us real-life examples of pain, suffering, forgiveness and redemption.

I wish I had written what I thought within seconds of this episode ending. This Series Finale of THE GOOD DOCTOR deserves to be up there on lists of the great Series Finales of History. I consider THE GOOD DOCTOR as good as the Prestige Dramas that were recognised critically and at Award Seasons. I have rewatched the Show from S1E1 and it holds up. God Bless All on THE GOOD DOCTOR and it's magnificent Crew. I did yearn for more episodes of S7 and yes I wanted more from San Jose St Bonaventure Hospital like alot of its regular Viewers. I do think FREDDIE HIGHMORE and those who made the decision to end it last month were wiser than me. To go on may have risked the consistent quality of the six full seasons and the farewell Season 7. Bravo and BRAVA to THE GOOD DOCTOR and THANK YOU for moving me and showing LOVE wins in many unexpected ways each and every episode.

It’s funny because this is the first interview I’ve seen with some of these actors. And their real personalities are pretty different than their characters on “The Good Doctor” (TGD). Something else. I’m usually watching true crime. And I usually hate medical dramas. But TGD is really good and I’ve seen every episode. I would say though that TGD is maybe a “dramedy.” It can be really funny but it is also an excellent drama too. It’s one of the only shows ever that actually makes me emotional. I’m not too proud to say I almost always tear up towards the end of each episode. The writers and actors usually end the show on an emotional note.
