Sometime I don’t know dose not pumping I think it leak does it happen with you?
@@abady5349 you should feel it working and if not press the plus button to increase the sucking strength. I have had leaks but only when I made a mistake and didn't make sure the rubber seal was snapped shut around the hard plastic
I loved the bellababy double electric pump with my daughter, compared to the medela that broke during my first month of use. I am definitely looking to get these this time as I will have a toddler and the baby, the review is very helpful! Thank you

Shield starts leaking after 1 month use for both the pumps from the edges, due to its edgy design,plus it's output is less as compared to Bella baby plug in pump

I think I like this one a little better. It's stronger and a little easier to use. They both work well though and are pretty similar.
I know this video is old, but I had this pump with our 2022 baby and LOVED it. I'm looking to add a pump through insurance for our next baby and am between the Elvie Stride and Momcozy M5. My biggest reservation with the Elvie is that some people say the suction isn't strong enough. I was curious if you know how it compares to this one since I know this works well for me and maybe which one you would recommend? Also curious if it would be worth getting a willow go second hand (cheaper than through insurance) or if this is similar enough to make the purchase redundant as I feel like design is fairly similar? App accessibility is not a pro or con for me so I'm just looking for pump functionality and what would empty me out best. 😊
I feel like the Elvie Stride suction is comparable! The Willow Go is great too but it’s hard to do the fridge hack with.

however it seems im getting very little milk - 15ml in 30 mins (2min stimulation mode on level 5, remaining mins in suction mode level 6) - what levels/ modes are you using?
I usually hang out around levels 5/6 and do 2 min on massage then 15ish min on expression. I’ve noticed with this one a kinda snug fitting nursing bra seems to help.

I honestly like them both. The S12 is stronger if you need that but the BellaBaby is more comfortable and cheaper. Hope that helps!

Is your membrane on facing the right way? I had it in wrong once and it didn’t work till I fixed it facing the right way.

I just ordered this pump but I’m 28mm for the inserts and I ordered 2 28mm silicone pads. Is that the thing that goes over the pump or the circle inserts that pull your nipple? Bc 24mm is too small for me
I usually wear a 24 and 24 worked fine for me. Hopefully the 28 shields feel better for u!
Hi I’m thinking of getting this one. Someone else has gotten me a Willow Go and from what I’ve gathered these are similar? Any advise? I’m so overwhelmed trying to figure it out. I also choose the willow go from an inlaw and can choose another. Please help 😮
They are very similar! I feel like the Willow Go's parts may hold up longer though. It's duckbills in particular should not need to be replaced as often.
Sorry can I just ask so you use massage mode on level 4 for 2 minutes and then expression mode for 12 mins roughly?
Yes! I’ve been doing around level 6 for expression mode. I usually pump for around a total of 15 min

How do i measure what size shield i am? I really want to try this pump but I'm scared it will hurt like my electric tomee tippee pump 😢

How do I get it to suction ? I’ve check the parts . It’s not suctioning . It did ranomly but was hurting soo bad so I pulled it off and now it won’t suction again lol please help
I’d check your duckbills and diagrams to make sure they are on correctly. Also make sure your placement is correct so that you have a full seal (no exposed area preventing a vacuum). If it’s hurting you may need an insert. Inserts can make such a huge difference. ❤️
Is it comfortable/ doable to carry a baby while having the pump on? I'm looking for an ideal pump that is hand free so I can carry/wear my newborn often 😅
Hm I haven’t tried it while baby wearing but you could deff be carrying your newborn around. Just bend with the legs and don’t lean forward too much when you go to pick them up. I would think baby wearing would be ok as long as the pumps don’t get shifted.

Hm weird. Is your valve facing the right way? That happened to me once and that’s what was wrong
I use a 17mm flange with spectra, is there a 17mm silicone pad?
I don’t see one that size on Amazon but u could probably use an insert 💕
I was pumping and the pump suction just stopped.. it was on but no suction. When I removed to check I don’t know how but it was a little open and milk leaked out.. I checked the level it was just 3 ounce
Any idea what went wrong? Because it is not working anymore
did your membrane get out of place somehow? That happened to me before and it caused it to not suction.

It could have just been on wrong. I'd check that first!

I’d do the Willow Go unless you’d like to do the fridge hack a lot. Then I’d go with the Bella Baby

Yes! You could deff use them for that
How long does the battery stay charged for? And how do you charge them?
They stay charged for at least three pumps for me and I charge them an hour. :-)
How do you charge it? Usb adapter or regular? I currently live in Germany and would buy it in the US but only if its usb chargeable

aw man! are your shields completely sealed? if you put them on a table and press down on them that can help insure they're on there right. wish i could reply with video on here. feel free to message me on IG.

@@reemalagu910 yes, her method did work actually! After sealing them, I pressed them flat on the table to ensure they were secured. The amount I pump varies because I breastfeed. It really just depends when I pump.
Are there any flange inserts that are compatible with these pumps? I need 21mm and their 21mm silicone flange seems to be sold out.
so sorry but I'm actually not sure the answer to that because I use a 24 and didn't need an insert

High suction does NOT mean more output as it can cause the milk ducts to compress.
True! I've just noticed if I have them too low I don't get much at all. I have to turn them up to where I am feeling a nice pull.
I barley get any milk with milk, any tips?
maybe try different settings? I do 2 min on massage then around 15 on expression. You want to have a nice tug without it being painful.

o thank you! I usually do 2 min on massage and then 13 min on expression. So a total of 15 minutes. I can pump at last 3 times before having to charge up. Sometimes I have to turn the suction up a little on my last pump.

Have you ever had the milk leak from the corner? I have an issue with my Falange lifting off the edge. Does that happen with this pump?
Hm I haven't had that happen but they do see flange replacements. Yours could have just worn out.
I cannot decide from the s12 pro or a Bellababy… but the other Bellababy that looks like s12. x

I'm not sure but I have run my parts through the dishwasher a few times and it's been fine.

Hey so not sure if there are different versions of this pump or not but mine actually does have a spout on top that you can pour the milk right out from without having to take the silicone off at all. The 1 thing I hate about this pump though is I can’t seem to figure out how to get the remainder milk that collects in the flange, down to the collection cup so I always spill that when pouring. Like I know with the willow, they have the flip technique to get that milk inside but I have no idea with this & I’ve tried tons of different things to figure it out, any tips?
I just realized that if you pour the milk out by opening the silicone, then this problem doesn’t occur. But pour it from the spout the milk in flange will spill. Hmm I prefer pouring from spout so I guess I’ll have to pour over sink.
Yes! I think the instructions even say to pour it out of the corner. Think that hole in the top is more for suction purposes.

Instead of opening it to pour it out, there is an opening/spout at the top to pour.
the instructions that came with my pumps actually said to pour it out from the corner. but do whatever works for u! :-)

my instruction book said to pour it out of the corner so that's why I was doing it like that. 🤷
I pump in the car when I'm going to be at least 20 minutes.
