On reflection the Chiltern silver service is great but not what it used to be or could be. I think apart from price and convenience they won't be able to attract people off the West Coast Mainline where Avanti offer a higher quality service. That said we do prefer the convenience and the direct to Stourbridge means we don't have to change in central London so it remains our preferred choice to get to and from London.
