At 16:34 you can see a large concrete structure with art deco styling to the right. Those are the two tunnel entrances of the abandoned Cincinnati subway project. There are station platforms and electrical boxes inside the tunnels. The station staircases can be accessed via sidewalk shutter doors. The tunnels go all the way to the Cincinnati skyline. The main station under the skyline is partially flooded. There used to be above ground platforms but those were removed in the 70's. The unfinished project never made it out of the 1920's due to the great depression. For now, the tunnels quietly lie damp, dark and dormant............underneath.
I've been through Ohio alot, truck driving. Back then they had a truck speed limit of 55 while everyone else got to 65, it took forever to get through the state.
You should come back through Hot Springs, Arkansas again and explore more areas off Central Ave. and Downtown. Check out Higdon Ferry Rd (88), E and W Grand Ave./ Albert Pike Rd (70/270), Airport Rd (70), E Grand (70), Malvern Ave (270), Park Ave (7), Mountain Pine Rd and Sunshine Rd (227) , Carpenter Dam Rd, Golf Links Rd, Shady Grove Rd,. and check out Lake Catherine, Lake Hamilton and Lake Ouachita, and also check out Hot Springs Village. You won't regret it
@@FLORIDAHOODVLOGS if they have snow plows you’ll be able to drive on it. Especially if you stay on major interstates. Interstates are ran by the federal government so they always have snow plows there.
@@FLORIDAHOODVLOGS I drive a Chrysler 200 and i lived in Colorado for a year I was able to drive most of the time during snow. Just drive extra slow and be extra careful.
Compare Detroit to Cleveland. Michigan also has way better food than Ohio & honestly way better food than most states period. Idk where you ate at in Michigan but i think you need to explore it more. You definitely ain’t getting better pizza in really any other state. And be nicer to Katie too bro. You’ve got a woman that truly loves you & you low key dog her out an awful lot. At first I thought it was in good fun but I’ve seen you slick bash her a lot. She probably loves her home as much as you love your home (Florida) and I’d be pissed if I was in Ohio and Indiana for multiple trips and wasn’t able to see my home being that close. Don’t get mad, I love yalls channel & enjoy your road trips but open ur mind a little bit & think about what life would be like without a loyal woman by your side.
Do not compare Detroit to Cleveland these are two cities heading in opposite directions Detroit is starting to get it together although decades behind Cleveland
@@FLORIDAHOODVLOGS I just read this but that’s why I like you guys bro. You didn’t get all offended or deny anything you just spoke the truth of the matter. I know you two love eachother very much and it’s awesome to see true love these days. Appreciate all that you guys do man! I absolutely love the travel videos Jose! Thanks bro!
@@BIFC216 I’ve got family who comes from Cleveland and have been going to Cleveland for 35 years now. My great grandma owned a home in the Flats & have/had kin all over the city. Detroit and Cleveland do have a lot in common & they’re in the Same region so it’s easy to compare the two. And yea, downtown Detroit has improved over the course of the past 15 years
@@FLINTmitten810 Cleveland has more in common with Pittsburgh and Chicago when it comes to world class amenities that Detroit can't touch no city in Ohio can the only things Detroit and Cleveland have in common is civil pride, a bad rep in which both cities are shaking off and urban blight in which Cleveland is no where near Detroit abandonment of whole neighborhoods missing but Baltimore can compare to Detroit on that front
