I'm surprised nobody does guides and vids about pvp, you're the one to go to for pve. Like what kind of skill tree is good, or what kind of stats on each type of weapon and what perks are important for each type of gear and weapon. Do alot of crits matter since dealing crits is very slim in pvp? Or do alot of high percent of accuracy matter the most? I guess it depends on how fast you can aim and how good your aim movement is.
Reminder... I love to use SMG's... I don't play a lot of PvP, but when I do, I tend to be very average or worse as I have to get close to the opponents due to low range on my SMG's and when they are using something like the NS assault rifle, they can hit me before I even have them in range. But, the main advantage to using an SMG is if you can learn the levels enough to know how to squeeze your opponent into close range combat. SMG's are very effective there, especially with high fire rates as strafing with the weapon aimed at the opponents head can accumulate shots without being totally accurate. The problem there is if you are playing an experienced player who may be using something like a shotgun where they can annihilate you pretty quickly at close range. I do not have enough experience in PvP mode to really do well or give any great tips, but I have done ok using SMG's. Or, I simply get laughed at by really good players because I suck. Either way, I'm having fun! :)

SiniScope sure, it's still very good.vand the new map is smaller. Also some of the top players use SMG. It's just preference, you adapt your playstyle and can compete.
Yeah, I keep trying to refine my play style with the SMG's to get better and I tend to lean toward the high fire rate/low damage SMG's. With the gear perks I have for my SMG build, it adds Damage, Accuracy and a 20% increase in SMG clip size which really helps too. One of my SMG's (can't remember off the top of my head as I am at work) has a 740 fire rate with a 5% fire rate increase perk on it making it a 777 fire rate and it is one of my favorites. But the Rascal Lite is still my favorite in terms of looks... Well, until I finally pull that Kira!
SiniScope yeah I looked at the duels leaderboards and I remember seeing 2 guys with Kira. SMG is not a bad decision, it's just some players value longer range...
There are times when I feel invincible using an SMG especially with a really high fire rate, but against really good players, my skills are simply not up to par and I think that has more to do with my losing than my weapon does. I admit it... I am just not that good at this game when it comes to PvP at this point. Not enough experience yet. I have hundreds (close to a thousand) of hours in a game like Afterpusle on my Apple TV and I need to get a lot more time in before I can feel confident about my chances. That's all. But I will use the SMG's until I get it right. I just love the compact size and high fire rate.
My favorite video ! I have all critical damage with + 25 health 3 percent health regeneration! Making my hp 150, using the shadowgun for primary and patriot for secondary!
From a realistic view, in pvp you're always in close range battles so I don't think the range really comes in handy 95% of the time, him using the sparta kick and grenade really proved that. I mean if you can find a AR that has high firerate like a SMG then you would have a good advantage with the range.
is infusion possible after you reach level 270? I've got about 110 items that are all 270 and none of them show any infusion possibilities. Am I missing something?

max power is 270 so you cannot infuse something that is maxed but if they increase the max power later we have to infuse all our best items again
