Hi their a mix of cotton and polyester. You have to have a high percentage of polyester to sublimate. You can do the spray method, I’ve never tried it, however I’ve heard that the print doesn’t last as long. When this way the print is permanent, and will not budge in the wash. Do you sublimate onto 100% cotton t shirts and sweatshirts and spray them beforehand or is it a different fabric?
