Samsung Galaxy S6 edge Disassembly

We got our hands on the new Samsung Galaxy S6, and what did we do right away with it?
We took it apart of course. This piece has a cracked LCD...
take SIM card tray out
heat up the rear housing edge
remove the back of the phone
undo the 13 screws
heat up the LCD Assembly edge
separate the rear housing from the LCD Assembly
pull up the wireless charging chip to avoid damage
remove the power button
remove the volume button
remove the wireless charging chip
pry up connectors connecting to the motherboard
disconnect the charging port flex cable
remove the main board
remove the battery
remove front camera
remove the approximate sensor and ear speakr
remove the vibrate motor
remove the Bluetooth and WiFi antennas
undo the earphone jack screw
remove the LCD assembly
remove the USB charging port
remove the home button
remove the rear facing camera

oh so that was a heat gun he was running around the perimeter of the back... i assumed it was like some kind of ultra sonic device that shook it free... thanks for clarifying

only glass you must have freezer and vacum machine , only freezer pay 3500€ .... the glass change in home is not Cost-Effective.

1. Motherboard locked.
2. Logic board problem. (Soft key doesn't work+ light sensor doesn't work).
3. Rear camera make sound.
What I want:
1. Want to replace a fresh new 128 gb unlocked motherboard.
Fully functional handset and all of the above mentioned problem resolved.
How much will it cost?

One big minus ! Pro people use plastic knife to disconnect connectors !! Dont use metal as u can destroy logic board mate

dawid moczadlo actually, pros use only metal tools, as static electricity discharge is a concern when using plastic tools.
