    One of the best documentaries I watched on TH-cam. Bird photography and filming needs a lot of patience and as a bonus we also had the joy of listening to the bird stories.
    Excellent nature conservation works is being done by your organisation.
    A lot of thanks and my best wishes to you and your team.

    Great documentary! This should be shown in schools, and to adults as well, as part of education in India and elsewhere. And I hope that this great natural habitat and all the wonderful species will be saved...

    In addition to my previous comment, I'm glad to see that the youth and villigers are being taught to clean up refuse, compost food waste, and hopefully protect the water supply and wild animals. Every country has challenges to face.

    I just loved the way these stunning jungle occurrences were captured and filmed !! Your work is commendable!! I am sure your efforts will bring more awareness about Nature among people around, especially children and nature lovers!! This movie is not ordinary and deserves much more appreciation. The narrator's intense voice added nice tenderness to the sequences of the entire film. Best Wishes to the entire team of "Valley of Birds Under Threat". Hope you guys do incredibly well in this endeavor, looking forward to seeing more of your work.👍👍💖💖🙏🏻🙏🏻
    Many Thanks to the people who have dedicated their life to protect Nature and Environment!! 💖💖🙏🏻🙏🏻

    Indeed, every single and different sustainable approaches are needed. Watching a juvenile of Spot-bellied Eagle Owl is always a blessing to me. However collection of droppings by Asian Paradise flycatcher is something new & which i wasn't aware about (thanks) as well as sighting of Long tailed broadbill & Green Magpie is challenging but always heart warming 😌 There is so much to say, thanks to you for this amazing documentary. 👏

    This is an awesome documentary that has been painstakingly put together to showcase a little known corner of Uttarakhand. It would not be too far from the truth to say that some of it is 'never seen before'. The nesting sequence of the Broadbill and Spot-bellied Eagle Owl is captivating and makes you rewind to see it again and again. Waste Warriors are awesome too. Keep up the good work and hope to see more such marvelous footage in the near future.

    The horrendous consequence of irresponsible and unlimited tourism is a major threat to all places hitherto wild and natural. Unless we regulate this with the vision of conserving and protecting Nature for the future generations, we may lose it all... The needless and uncalled for pain and suffering by the wild animals is too tragic for words and has been shown here with a serious and severe warning that if Man continues to pillage and litter, throw waste indiscriminately and fell trees and degrade such beautiful places of Nature, he will not only lose the forests with its extraordinarily beautiful wild animals and birds and so on but also soon suffer Climate Change...

      Starting of Winters (October/November) and summers (from March till end of May) are the most preferred time for birding in this area and its not too far from Delhi (around 300kms) so the accessibility is quite good.

    • @OnNaturesDuty
      @OnNaturesDuty  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      As far as I have observed and read they usually eat their chicks faeces/droppings because it is a partially digested food, it has still some nutrions left. Cleanliness and safety are other reasons too.

    let us use animals for working animals in farms , but treat working animals of course with the greatest respect and love and kindness.
    we can use horses and donkeys and elephants for farm working animals but of love with respect. and get rid of petrol cars and petrol tractors
    and use of animals for building new forests and woodlands. and of course love wild animals with respect not to be cruld eithier.
    so animals would be cleaner towards climage change. hope you agree with me,

    Garbage/waste/rubbish should be separated and segregated at the initial stage - at the place where it originates. Having differently coloured wastebaskets distributed to all the buildings - homes, offices, industries, hotels, lodges whatever - and collecting the garbage by the Corporation/Municipality (local Government) to have them recycled is the way out. People of all ages should be educated to segregate their waste and use these dustbins specifically. Children could educate the elders, be it parents, friends, relatives, neighbours, or even strangers.
    As far as tourism is concerned, tourists must be warned that they would be fined heavily if they indulge in littering. Posters of such fine warnings in the local language accompanied by three or four languages (depending on the languages popular with the tourists) could be placed in popular places. Police could also have a separate outfit to travel around and award fines to persons indulging in illegal littering.
