Deliberately damaging / demolishing any property is just a national waste, action can be initiated if there are violations but damaging the property is just mindless act.......owner should be given opportunity to remove the property where atleast some movable property can be saved..... but, the crux of the point is how the hell the previous govt/ municipal authorities allowed to construct in the first place, all responsible authorities must be pulled up and prosecuted including KCR and KTR if it is constructed during TRS rule.......😎
