    Content-wise, this was the best video I’ve seen that covered all the powertrain and transmission choices. Kudos!

    Update the damn gauges on the RE already! And when it comes to visibility, C2's will win. And thomas now has the camera system.

    One other thing there is a company that leases out tour buses and none of their buses have mud grip tires they all are street tires

  • @raycbranchjr9976
    @raycbranchjr9976 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    I have another question why do you allow your customers to swap out from a street tire that bounces like a basketball to a mud grip tire that has no balance to it does not exorb mud grip tires are very rough and hard you can tell the difference when they swap out tires I know when my other School Bus went from street tires to mud grip tires my back in is hard you feel every bump my frame is starting to make sound it's not smooth anymore my kids in the back know the difference mud grip tires need to be banned All Buses City Transit bus does not use mud grips Casino tour trip buses those big long concert ride buses Marathon I know some people that own those they cannot use my grips it would tear the bus up so why do you allow them on a school bus

    I still prefer bluebird better

    And also when you don't have AC those fans on the windshield circulate hot air over and over again there is not enough cool air call me onto the driver area it's so hot why don't you make a change and bring in cool fresh air from the outside to the school bus driver and don't say you do when you don't I've been here almost 20 years and I prefer diamond International over bluebird

    Totally Blue Bird buses are better than IC bus. Blue Bird is the purpose built school bus manufacturer. You do not need switches on the steering wheel. Switches on the steering wheel are bad, you can accidentally bump the switches on the steering wheel. The hood is to high for the driver to see students crossing in front of the school bus. IC buses are more than likely put on an International Durastar chassis. Blue Bird is the better choice. Blue Bird has been around since 1927 vs IC Bus in 2002. Also, the drivers compartment is designed exactly like the drivers compartment in a semi or medium duty truck. They like to say things that are not true.

      We have a mixture of the big three and most of our drivers hate the bluebirds. The drivers area is really small, when you get a bigger person, they don’t fit comfortably. The student compartments are smaller as well we’ve noticed. Get a team of football players on that bus (which we have many times) and they definitely are not comfortable. I personally like the buttons on the steering wheel, and the thing about hitting the buttons, in order for the doors to open, the bus has to be stopped for those switches or it’ll just beep at you until you are stopped. For the amber lights, you should be paying attention the the gauges which there’s an indicator light that illuminates when the ambers and/or reds are on. As I said in another comment, IC technically has been around since at least 1933. Starting off as Ward, then AmTran, then International Truck & Bus, then IC Corporation, and now IC Bus.

    They are such little liars when it comes to their history... They know damn well they don't have that much experience and years in the pupil transportation industry. They are also not quite correct they said competition designs their vehicles like trucks, not entirely true! But damn they enjoy comparing themselves to completion when they should keep in mind if their competitors actually wanted to compete they'd improve drastically like they've been doing for the past 90-100 years meanwhile IC has been at it for only nearly 30.

      If you combine the years that all of the companies that they’ve been known as, Ward, Amtran, International Truck & Bus, IC Corporation, & IC Bus, they’ve been around a long time. Ward was founded in 1933.
