Zutara was always so much better than Kataang because Kataang just gives off "I have a crush on my babysitter" vibes because of how overly childish Aang is most of the time and how mature Katara is
I read a lot of comment from Kataang shipper that Zutara looks like brother and sister. I was like, how in the world Zutara looks like brother and sister while Kataang looks like a couple? I mean, I can't imagine Zuko tease Azula with betrothal necklace. I can't imagine (Sokka and Katara) or (Zuko and Azula) in the Crystal Catacombs do an intimate scene like that. I also can't imagine (Sokka and Katara) or (Zuko and Azula) look at each other before hugging like Zuko and Katara did. I'm still confused.
Aang became mature at the end of the show but still aang and Katara gives more of a big sister and little brother vibe throughout the show except for the end
Katara was told that she'd marry a powerful bender, everyone took that as she'd marry Aang. Zuko is a powerful bender as well, and their chemistry is so much better

La serie se hubiera vuelto mucho mas compleja de lo que ya era si el Zutara se hubiera vuelto canon, porque ya era real, solo había que confírmalo y ya esta, lo mas sabio y sensato hubiera sido dedicarle un capitulo a que Aang deje ir a Katara porque ve que esta enamorada de Zuko y viceversa en vez de que este tan obcecado en su supuesto amor por Katara que realmente era tenerla en un pedestal y no quererla por quien realmente es sino porque el creía que era, y obligarlos a los tres a vivir todas sus vidas en una mentira, porque estoy seguro de que Katara le fue infinidad de veces infiel con Zuko que la entendía de verdad y la respetaba como una igual. La Leyenda de Korra tambien hubiera sido mejor, porque los hijos/as del Zutara tendrían historias y conflictos internos mas complejos al ser hijos de dos naciones opuestas, y el revuelo que eso hubiera creado en su momento, el Kataang es incoherente y mediocre y el Zutara es visionario, lógico y mucho mas complejo, le da muchas mas capas al mundo...
