Donovan Torres-Result wise definitely not. Itabashi was able to go top8 for Cpt events 4 times with only gief!(plus one of them was a premier event, which no other Gief players was able to do). Plus he is the only gief to go regional finals

It distracted him. Training buddy shouldn't have done that especially since he won.
No he's right. Tatarian got distracted that's why he lost.
Also, Infiltration is a cheater. He has a chip in his head that allows him to see other people's moves before they execute it that's why he says "Download Complete" after beating guys.
Also, Daigo is letting other people win since SFV launch that's why Daigo isn't no. 1 anymore.

only reason why Chris got a convincing first match was cuz the first round he spammed grab. anybody who spams grab 5 times in a round is trash with no footsies or fundamentals

Cuz through my eyes if that's all you can do to get through Defense u trash. I'm not saying that Chris is always trash cuz he has great matches just in this scenario. He got bodied cuz he didn't have footsies. In sf v all I see online is jumping and grabbing. I play Vega never have to grab even in super street fighter 4 as a b plus adon never had to grab. In fact I mock people online by mashing grab from far away if they spam it. In sfv I get rage quitted on so much cuz they can't get in. these people don't even have win streaks or points to even rage that it's funny.
+maskofacryingclown3 I couldn't disagree more with you. in my opinion if you can't tech grabs and complain about them when you get hit by them then you are trash. You know how you can avoid grabs? Press L.p and L.k at the same time. Good for you if you don't use grabs but you'd probably get more wins and open people up more often if you grab. That's how you get the shimmy and counter hit setups to work. Chris had a read that Itibashi wasn't going to tech, so he got about 30% damage with grabs.
This is really stupid. If Chris wants to "Spam" grab and it works then why not keep doing it? You're supposed to do anything to win in a tournament and it's more dangerous to grab a grappler in this game than any other character anyway. You know how Itabashi wins his matches most of the time? Go ahead and take a guess, oh yeah it's by SPD'ing all of his opponents. The stupidity in this comment is strong
That's not the point dumb dumb, the point is with Zangief being able to wakeup SPD anyone it's more of a risk grabbing Zangief than anyone else in the game because of that. What don't you understand? Also and again, if grabbing works and your opponent cant tech the throw why stop? Just like if an an opponent cant get past fireball zoning then why not keep chucking fireballs? If they can't adapt to people to win that's their fault, there is no "Spamming" in tournaments these guys are pros so stop making excuses for them.
