Remember when the OG Xbox had tons of exclusives? Same with the Xbox 360. Hell, remember when the original Saints Row was an EXCLUSIVE on the 360 and the only place to play it was on that system? How times have changed. There used to be dozens upon dozens of games that gave you a reason to buy an Xbox console, whether it be the OGXB or the 360. Fast forward to 2023, and theres literally ZERO reasons to own a Series X. We're 3 years into the new generation (the Series X came out in 2020), and we still dont have a valid reason to own a Series X. And for those that say "Gamepass is a good deal", well Gamepass is also available on Xbox One and PC, so that Gamepass argument holds NO weight.

Halo is not in a much better state, Master Chief Collection had a rough launch, just like Infinite, this mega series needing all these patches and new people coming in to repair damage is not good, and Microsoft laying off 343 employees and some of the higher ups in that studio leaving is not good either. Halo has not been the same for years, you can pretend otherwise but it won't change how low that series has fallen.

When I went to buy my series s my first response was to buy unleashed and generations. Sonic is the only connection I have to those days. All this talk of old games is y'alls pain to ensure not ours. Wasn't truly gaming until wii/ds days. Transfered that energy to wii u. And yet disliked the switch. The wii u was my happiest gaming days. And this series s serves me well. Think why. I'm not reminiscent of old gaming remember I'm the new gen who missed out on everything. All I needed was a platform with all the xone/ps4 titles that I missed, I could go on without the other gens and the exclusives of the previous one. Little me just needed the baseline games that came to both, neither of their exclusives spoke to me. After much discovery of what's for me in gaming, I cut any interest in 1st party ps. Wasn't gonna need em, they lost any potential grip over me. It doesn't matter when I buy a ps5. If a game is on both plats I'm going for the s that is where my varied selection will be. Ps5 will just be for the locked experiences. You'll find switch to be quite useless with a ps5. With an s I can just farm 9300.points and get live gold as I don't require gamepass either. Edge denies any need for my phone as I can do whatever I please all in one. The customization makes my will perminated throughout, further establishing it as my home. The menus are much to my liking and it only ever gets better. The store is a sight and allows for ease of search. The reviews are yummy I enjoy reading that cheapness. This goes along with that social aspect of it all. Series s was all there was. It was a gift also so ps5 as x were out of question. This felt like fate. Through me only able to get this, I have seen the industry for what it truly is. The searching and discovery this box has enabled me is something only I can appreciate. For someone who picks what they play, this whole lack of games things is just perfect for my amusement. Y'all wither at the lack of support and I get to build my knowing of the world thru it. Best part is because my interest is very selective and parcular I either unaffected or benefited by this exclusive battle. It pushes me towards hating the industry further which only excited me further to delve into its flaws, its core. Gives more and more purpose to my s which in turn gives my ps5 the reason it needs as what I can't find on s and what is weaker on switch, my ps5 will cover for me. Who knows what else ps will create and switch 2 will be mine. S will never outdo ps5 as gaming device that is undisputed but all s has is focus on maintaining balance that was lost lost become a glorified whore and slowly tear apart the market image of gaming. This is how they became valuable to me. This pathetic industry needs a shake up. Halo Infinite for many was disappointing and lacking in content, as far as Scorn and Pentiment, how did they do? Are they quality games? Not really. I wasn't the only one who forgot Bleeding Edge, majority of people did, try playing that game now and see how many people are even playing that garbage, stop damage controlling.
Halo Infinite failed hard to the point that even Microsoft replaced the Infinite cover from Xbox console boxes of Series S and Series X with Starfield, lol. No one talks about Scorn anymore and it got quickly forgotten about. Pentiment is basically an Indie game by a AA studio. So yeah. Nothing compared to Horizon Forbidden West, Ratchet And Clank Rift Apart, Sackboy, Spider-Man Miles Morales, or God Of War Ragnarok

A lot of people agree with me on the last video, yes, however there was a handlfull of people who did not agree (which is fine) and said a few things I wanted to address.
If people really want to see proof of what people said, they can just go to the last video, it was literally the last video before this one.

you also could've made better points, and some things were definitely wrong. i argue over, like halo did get experimental during the xbox 1 gen, halo wars 2, halo assault team, they even went open world, idk if you notice but...minecraft got experimental, minecraft dungeons, minecraft story mode, minecraft that rts game, and then gears tactis but i guess they werent good enough for you? i dont know chief.

Just say you're a big Xbox fan and don't mind waiting for new exclusives from new and existing studios, and will fight tooth and nail for them, because that's what it is, you're comments on my last video and this video proves it.
