This video honestly made me so thankful that i was present during Dreamcatcher's 3rd and 4th win😭😭

Now I'm not saying other groups don't deserve their fame but being an InSomnia since day 1 I can say that these 7 ladies worked their asses off to get to where they are today. I remember watchin all them videos of them going out on the street and promoting themselves to the public as people just walked by. It was truly heartbreaking seeing people not even give them the time of day. They have earned every inch of what they are getting today and it's truly amazing to see the fandom growing with each comeback and some of that growth is thanks to Insomnacy for making all these videos of the girls so new fans could get to know not only Dreamcatcher as a whole but each member individually. I am truly happy that they are finally getting the recognition that they deserve.

I wish this video had more about Minx. Few people know how hard they worked as Minx. That was where their tight bond and dogged determination to succeed at all costs was born. They performed any place anyone would give them space; racetracks, baseball fields, shopping malls, open spaces along the Han River, and seedy music halls. Their CEO said it was the companies fault that Minx failed and not because of the members. That failure hit them hard, but because of the close team they'd built with Minx they did not give up. Then they welcomed two new members into the group and immediately embraced them as sisters. Coming into a group like that as strangers must have been very hard, just like two replacements joining an experienced army squad in battle. This is were Jiu really showed her mastery of the leader role. Her family went from 5 to 7 overnight. Their story does have a magical quality to it. Koreans have a strong belief in Fate and it's because of things like this. Sometimes Fairytales do come true. Follow your heart.
I would love to see a good MINX journey video that ends with them becoming DC. And you know gotta love a CEO who admits they f'd up and redebut them with a new look and sound.

It’s worth mentioning that it was over 5 years between debut and first win for DC, one of the longest, if not the longest, time to win for a girl group.

this video made me find out they came to peru in 2018, i was shook. sadly i wasn't into kpop and the jrock algorithm didn't get them on my radar until i got obsessed w blackpink in 2020. i'm salty i can't get a time machine. they have such a unique journey and we'll be here forever. thank u for the deep dive!!

I get tears EVRY time I see their reaction to their very first win! I have seen this very video at least twice before, I saw the short clip of their reaction to wining, I saw a few other things. EVERY time, tears. This time, too, watching your reaction to this.
I am just SO DAMNED PROUD of them! They hung in there for so long instead of giving up. They really worked their asses off and totally deserved multiple wins before Maison. They made themselves into a World-Class group that actually does deserve far more recognition.
They won for Maison two different times on different shows (they did not cry the second time, they had it out of their system enough) and even Dami got caught crying later after the first one. When it happened, she held it together the best out of all of them on stage for the encore performance, while the rest of them cried or straight-up bawled. The Ice Princess started to melt but she kept it together almost as good as Dami.
So far, they have also won two times for Bon Voyage. JiU was emotional again when they won that third time but not as bad of a breakdown as with the first one. Everybody else seemed a little misty but Dami was stoic as usual. Maybe she got emotional later on, we don't know.
I"m soooooo proud of them! They have come a long way and have worked so hard to get where they are now! They will just keep moving up and up!! 🥰
