Hi, very nice explanation. A question if we click on custID like Addison are we able to open up in the customer entry screen? can we link custid with the customer screen could you please explain it?
You should be able to right-click on the custId and open in Customer Entry or Customer tracker since the field is the same. Otherwise, you can use Extended properties to say the field is like Customer.CustId and then it should work.
