Yeah, avg 40m MDC plus 20%+ IED should be enough to give it a try. But the team needs to have Shade and Leaper, and everyone should coordinate burst timing to squeeze out as much damage as possible since the average damage cap just meets minimum point to down the boss.
Good question lol. Obviously, the avg mdc requirement for Gloom should be lower than for Will. But personally, I think Gloom is a terrible boss because it’s so easy to die. The main focus in a Gloom run should be on revives and Leap. If your party has limited resurrection attempts, having a higher avg mdc will help take the boss down faster and reduce the risk of running out of death counts. So honestly, I don’t know the exact avg mdc requirement for Gloom, but I’d say it’s definitely lower than for Will. And the higher your mdc, the fewer deaths you’ll have to worry about. On the other hand, if your team’s avg is just enough to down the boss, you’ll likely need more resurrection attempts to make it through.
