  • The lost books of the Bible are one of the most questioned subjects about the Bible. There are many of these books, among them, we have the Book of the Upright, also called the Book of Yashar.

Almighty God, empower me with inner strength to face life's challenges with courage and resilience. When I feel weak, remind me of your presence and fill me with your mighty spirit. Help me to persevere through adversity and emerge victorious in your name. Amen.

The apocryphal books were included with the King James Bible in 1611, but removed by Wescott and Hort in the 1800s.

I don’t think that these books were too important to include. apocryphal books were I thought were these books, maccabees, Susanna, Bel and the dragon, I didn’t think that Jasper, jubilee, and Enoch were present in the apocryphal..

This is a historically accurate statement. If these books are mentioned in the Bible you can be sure they belong there

@@kaminator515 there is many books that have been part of the Bible that are no longer in the Bible. The church has added and subtracted scriptures, to create their dogma. And most apologetic Christians think the King James Bible is perfect, which the many manuscripts are not. It’s just like their misgivings of why the church created the Vulgate, the Latin Bible, because of Greek Codexes like Greek Codexes Siniaticus and Vatican.

@@kaminator515 the Bible and church go hand and hand, things in canons are there because of certain church fathers wanted them there. It more like politics, and fear.

God through human agency gave us the COMPLETE CANON of his word. Other extra biblical sources can be relied on as long as they do not contradict with scripture. As a matter of fact these sources sometimes give us more information than some terse commentaries in the scriptures. I am currently reading the books of Flavius Josephus and I have learnt a lot.

The book of Nod and the Testament of Solomon for knowledge of Ancient demon spirits and Necromancers. It's not just for dark arts though: it behooves me that a very bad person will gain control of Solomon's lesser key. It's all still very relevant info.
