      Russ Anber (Amber?). He's in the corner for a lot of great boxers, like Lomachenko. Walked past him once at the LA Forum when he was cornering Lomachenko.

      isnt it obvious? to perfect the one movement. thats how you get better. Break things up into small pieces and train them on repeat.
      those long ass 15 + punch combos are flashy shit for cameras

    Why Usyk trains like an amateur in this video? I know he is one of the best guy out there but in this video he looks like beginner dude, rather than p4p king.

    • @hasanpektas756
      @hasanpektas756 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Difference between an amateur and a pro is how much skills he can show in the ring done in the training. Everybody looks bad to an certain extent but if you can use basic fundamentals perfectly you are good to go

    • @somerled5513
      @somerled5513 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I'm glad someone else said this. He really doesn't look good at all. Clunky. Maybe because he's practicing in orthodox stance? Still, you'd expect a champion to look better.

      @@somerled5513 you never see Usyk switch stance to orthodox either as amateur or pro. Sure if he never trains in orthodox stance he will not look impressive. Ofc it's good to learn the opposite stance you're used to. But most people don't, even the champions. How'd you think AJ would look doing southpaw? 😅

    "SMASHES" heavy bag? Come on now. He didn't really hit it until he put the gloves on. Not tryna say anything ab Usyk but these titles are a little ridiculous

    • @grindtilldeath
      @grindtilldeath 2 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      Well idk how many heavy bags you punched but you shouldn't throw hooks or heavy punches at a heavy bag without gloves unless you wanna break your hands.

    • @grindtilldeath
      @grindtilldeath 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      The gloveless straight punches were for conditioning nd weren't supposed to be powerful

    • @scottcraig4666
      @scottcraig4666 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@grindtilldeathTrue to a certain extent. But actually depends on type heavy bag...there are some bags that have a lot of give and bare hands are perfectly fine if your hands are conditioned properly.
