An entire section dedicated to SM63 blew my mind
I'm hoping next year's F3 will mention some PMD mods since the base games were a masterpiece and some of the mods released are incredible already
I would love some SkyTemple mods because the pmd rom hacks don't get as much recognition as the main series ones.
@@UltraAryan10 Yh, PMD in general is a series that deserves much more recognition, but it's hard to recommend it to someone when the game titles are like 6 words long

@@RoseQuartz692 No, SM63 is a flash game made by Runouw. It's a 2D platformer featuring mechanics from both SM64 and Sunshine. There were quite a lot of games based off of it in this F3, such as it's fanmade sequel Sm127 and a Redux version of the original

I lost my mind at the Super Mario 63 redux part. INSANE! The color theory skills of the team working on that is so gorgeous

One suggestion for next time, maybe have a transition between each trailer since sometimes its hard to tell where one trailer ends and another begins

Love this, such a great idea.
IDK if this counts, but I thought I'd mention it anyway-- a modding team of around 10 I think are developing a sequel sized expansion to an indie game called Rain World, and the developers made the expansion official recently-- just thought I should shout that out, because it's always cool when developers do stuff like this. Only other time I've seen it happen is with Overgrowth making the very popular modded story campaign Therium 2 an official part of the game.

Mega Man 5 DX was out of left field but definitely hype. With all the DX mods for GB games, it was only a matter of time someone did it for the Game Boy Mega Man games. This was definitely the highlight of the announcement for me. Thanks based Kaze.

Amazing seeing Super Mario 63 getting so much love
This was done really well! I enjoyed this more than pretty much any Direct of the last several years. Mother 3 recreation would be crazy, had no idea there were enough assets out there to make it possible.
The only thing I'm left wanting more of is Ocarina of Time/Majora's Mask original hacks. It feels like it's been a while since we've seen some good ones come out.

I love how the chat reacted to the trailer for Chapter 1 of my game, LarryDS, lol. The trailer did it's job if it bamboozled those who were watching, lmao! This was a fantastic F3 and I'm glad that LarryDS got to be a part of it. Been wanting that since 2020, lol.
i'm happy it ended up being accepted, this makes up for last time when your trailer was way past 2 mins and couldn't make it.
@@chico88959 Yeah, I'm glad my trailer made it in this time. I made sure to keep it within the range of being most likely to be accepted. I went with the maximum in which it was most likely, about 1min30sec, heheh.
