It’s not about scandisk it’s about usb.. can you please tell me under usb in device manger what’s the error code present?? Do one more thing, update your windows and use the other port. Sometimes updating windows will fix the issue
I use video capture card HDMI to USB for set top box to connect my laptop watching tv chanals few days before it's card over heat issue and iam delete the driver my laptop and restart my PC the capture card didn't work that's showing unknown device but vlc media player show the USB video name but not working

It is connecting and cancelling continuously! like when you insert any usb we get some notification sound na i am getting sound of insert + detach as some remix song 😭
Please check version of your keyboard mouse and usb connector. Some ports are 2.0 and some are 3.0 so if your mouse and keyboard support only than it will work out
Hhhhhhh after 20 video I fix it, but I don't know how hhhhhh I'm sure that using driver booster app while apply methode on those videos help me to fix it

Is there any yellow triangle in device manger? If yes, you first need to update that driver

Install relevant drives or else update windows and it will update the drivers for you
