Awewh, it's such a bummer that you sold your last home. Thanks to some of you khoa had to give up on his dream. Such a bummer. I loved watching how excited he get when he works on homes and/or sells them.
He didn’t give up his job, he stopped that part of it. He’s still doing things related to it
Josie Walker he basically did. Related thing is only advice and help others. He doesn't sell houses anymore nor take them down and fix it again. Other then TH-cam that was their income. He went to school for that but no, bc some people can't control their themselves so he had to stop.
Viewers kept calling his phone number because he puts it on the houses he lists. It was a huge waste of time because he'd never know if it was an actual client or a fan.

Paisley VA they find his business number from his real estate, and call him constantly, so he misses clients and they interfere with his work life and home life. They find the houses he's selling online and get the phone number that is on the listing, which is his phone number

Keren for the carrots steam instead of boil. Not only will they come out softer but more of the nutrients is kept in. Just get a pot of pan and put like an inch of water in it cover and steam on low till they get to the texture you like

My mom steams broccoli and carrots! I don't think you are suppose to boil them in water. There is a special pot that is for steaming, it has holes in the bottom of it and then you put it on top of the regular pot of boiling water. Does that makes sense? lol I hope this helps!

Keren about the carrot delama, the perfect way to cook them is to start them in normal tap water. If they are cooked from boiling point the outside will cook faster than the inside ^_^ thought you can also do it with stock as well, as long it's cold to start with. Love your channel, I watch you guys everyday ^_^
