"Exquisite" Kim, as always!!!
You never fail to impress! However, I have ONE LITTLE OBSERVATION that needs attention.
THE space above the fireplace! ( Excuse my language), but it's NAKED!!!!! That dedicated space would really "accent" the entire room with a nice, 65" Flat Screen, with a gold frame. I once recently saw a Middle Eastern luxury designer( here on TH-cam), frame SEVERAL TV's in a Saudi Prince's HUGE Mansion, framing each one in gold, AND, somehow she made a fake Monet' Or Cezanne picture to HIDE the screen, until he pushed a button on his remote, an the painting rolled up into the frame!!! It's about time "par excellence" designers like yourself started to experiment like this. "kudos to You, Kim"!! Another superb design!!!
