From the update situation, its easy to tell what infinix's plan is here. They'll launch as many phones as possible with the most extreme features but with very little update support so they can launch many phones and won't have to worry about it for more than one year. But I respect their commitment as they're literally throwing the best possible packages with only drawback being the update support. This one and GT 10 are literally some of the most popular ones right now.
@@PrakritiSenpai I mean ultimately its personal preference. But I think, when you are paying above 20k for a device you should atleast receive upto two years or more of latest software support. This is more important because compatibility with many apps may stop after a certain version or may lack popular/important features. Another major issue is lack security patches which have the potential to kill your phone. There is a reason why updates exist so when paying 10 to 15k then its not a major problem but 20k is deserving of more software updates. Although I haven't taken inflation to consideration, this is still a pretty valid point. This is my assessment, you may come to your own conclusion.
Side note: Current version of android is 13 and 14 will be available shortly, like within this year. So one year of software update is not at all for one year. And you have to consider the fact that 14 is more of a incremental update so not many major features are available but 15 could have some major changes. All I'm saying is future proofing is important. However, at this cost infinix is providing an absolutely fire package. Respect to the team at infinix who came up with this.

I have a iqoo 9se mobile and it's screen gone entire dark after software update.. service centre after thoroughly checking confirmed it's no physical or liquid damage but iqoo people are telling it's a physical damage even after service centre people told them it's not.
