Black spikey coat is actually one of the accessories you should grind for since it adds decent health and energy, also the overall damage isn't that bad so don't listen to what he said about the black spikey coat

So, not only do I keep hearing people say the Blue Spikey Coat give 7.5% damage, the wiki also says this but when u go to the scientist that explains what the accessory that u have equipped does he says it gives 7.5% DEFENSE against attacks. What? Which is it actually?

the vice admiral coat actually changes looks depending on the team, if your a pirate its a whitebeard pirates crew logo if ur a marine its the basic marine logo these are references to one piece

You need to do citizen quest to get it though cuz the chest demands the people to respect you

On the marine cap its different than the usoaps hat since marine cap does 7.5% more damage on sword and gun and also a 10% cooldown reduction
So in my opinion marine cap is better than usoaps since usoaps hat only buffs guns
