Every time I play vlad my team either plays safe so I can get fed and carry, or the team goes 6/20 while I'm 0/0/0 mid lane crying. What am I doing wrong in those games? Can I carry if all other lanes are super behind?

if anyone is wondering if that guy is trolling with skarner mid, there's a skarner one trick in korean challenger that goes skarner mid and it's really effective cause he perma roams and has insane gank setup, this guy facing elite seems to not be as decisive and comfortable playing him cause vlad should be in a lot more trouble

Phase rush scaled better and has a safer laning most of the time
Aery allows you to actually win lane, which is sometimes necessary, normally used vs sylas, kat, also good vs leblanc if u really want to win lane

I think you should ignore the rune part and maybe part of the built, you should rather open his profile and look for patterns on what runes/ builds he goes against what types of champs
