Only thing about local chat they should change is get rid off the icons showing up who is speaking for both teammates and enemies. Because now you could be driving around and see on your screen that a enemy is speaking and you would know they are in the area - without seeing the red or blue icons you would relay on your hearing to find enemies. But with this it be nice to have 4 channels overall. Local chat that doesn't show up who is talking Local squad chat to communicate with your squad (it be helpfull for armour squads especially) Squad chat (for squad like in vanilla) Command chat (for SLs like in vanilla)
You weren't really doing a good job in the BMP supporting the push. You should lose the gamer mindset of only point shooting, and using your autocannon to suppress an area.

the BMD4M has a 105mm tank cannon on it that shoots HEAT rockets, thats the "tank" your hearing
