    Thank you for featuring our family's carinderia! Jollikod has been a great part of our family's history. The five siblings are now an architect, a chemical engineer, a lawyer, a seaman, and a doctor. And it all started with Auntie Gemma's passion for cooking and managing Jollikod. ♥️

    Daraga is a Municipality/Town while Legazpi is a City, ang both are inside the Province of Albay.

    • @milomilo417
      @milomilo417 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Pampagulo kasi yang Daraga. Dapat isama na lang yan sa Legazpi, tutal dati namang parte ng Legazpi yan. Para mas maplano ng mas mabuti yan pag iisang syudad lang. Ngayon, paikot-ikot yong mga kalsada kasi di sila magkakadugtong sa pagitan ng mga major roads. Kaya kung may traffic, wala ka na lulusutan na parallel roads

      @@milomilo417 Pampagulo lang ang hatian if it's politically motivated para magkaroon ng sariling mayor ang Daraga kaya humiwalay sa Legazpi. Under a province (governor), the subset is a municipality (mayor), kaya under a province maraming nasasakupang municipality, but when a municipality becomes a city then it will become it's own entity no longer attached to the province - may mga specific requirements yan para maging city ang isang municipality. Nothing wrong with dividing it if it falls under the right specifications and category.

      Ang dami talagang makitid na Pilipino. Kung anu-ano katangahan alan. Ano kinalaman kung nagiging syudad ang Daraga, lalaki lang ang problema kasi dadami ang tao pero the fact remains: DAHIL DI IISANG SYUDAD ANG LEGAZPI AT DARAGA, DI SILA MAPLANO NG MAGANDA. Gaya nangyari, isang example ng kakitiran ng nagpahiwalay sa Daraga, yong road network ng dalawa ay nahati kaya kung nakulong ka sa highway, wala ka na lulusutan na parallel road. Kung tingnan mo sa mapa, yong road network from Legazpi Port District ay connected hanggang F Aquende Drive lang kasi yong lang ang sakop ng Legazpi City kaya lahat ng galing sa downtown Legazpi ay may dalawang lagusan lang papuntang Daraga, ang Diversion at Rizal, kaya nagkatrapik-trapik. Kung may isip sana sila, yong mga kalsada sa downtown Legazpi sana ay connected sa mga kalsada sa Daraga kung iisang syudad silang nagpaplano, eh mga nakikitid din sila. Very basic yan, di ba sila marunong tumingin ng mapa. Maski nasa Daraga yang airport, sa Legazpi pupunta ang tao, ano naman gagawin nila sa Daraga? Yong mga makikitid kasi na maingay kaya di umuunlad ang Pilipinas

    I totally miss my Mom’s laing, Bicol express, ginataang langka, dinuguan sa gata, adobo sa gata and all her ginataang dishes. She is from Nabua, Camarines Sur. She now has dementia and could not even season and fry fish. I love her and miss her. Bicolano food rocks. 👍 Safe travels. Thank you and Power On!

    I LOVE what you guys are doing. You literally just drove (RORO in between) across from Mindanao, Leyte and Samar, now you are in Luzon - Bicol region. How amazing! To be young, have all that energy and opportunities to do all that you do: travel and explore while having fun. Vlogging is definitely a 21st century career.
    #BecomingFilipino is definitely educating the Philippine population (and the world), young and old, near and far about what the Philippines archipelago consists of. Its resources. It’s people. And what it has to offer.
    More power to you guys. And of course Power on! (as Kulas would say)😊
