Wow!!! Patience is something you possess. My limited experience with their customer experience has been fair. My biggest issue are pre-orders, or orders that go out of stock and they do not notify me. I just started purchasing Dooney & Bourke in 2021, but overall that is my biggest complaint. My biggest complaint came from ordering a bag 3xs due to a marking on it however it was through QVC. This video was very informative. I’m so glad you were able to get your bag fixed. I had my first bad experience with their customer service recently. It was with an e gift card that I was gifted. They told me that I was not able to use it because of an error in their system. After 3 weeks of calling and no resolution, i had to cancel my order and gift card that i couldn't use. And I wasn't the only one this happened to. I'm glad to see that your bag got back to you repaired. Tfs your story😊

The only time I needed to contact customer service is when my tracking said my bag was delivered to a completely different state than where I live and it was supposed to come to me. odd that you put this out at the same time i have a major issue with a new florentine mail satchel bag from dooney. screws and o ring popped off after only one week of use. i never register bags or really never have any problems with their bags. i immediately registered the bag and contacted dooney for repairs. after all was done to get the bag returned i was told where to send and i immediately asked them to send me a return label because i didn't feel as if i should pay for the bag to go in. they sent me one and i sent it back to them. funny that on the day of this video i received a response that it will be 3 to 4 wks before bag can be returned. ok dooney but this has opened my eyes to this process. they also told me in the email that there may be a color variation with the replacement materials but they will blend in time. everyone please be mindful of all of this because it really is a process and i cant wrap my head around a dooney with issues. these bags have always been top notch and i have never had a problem thanks mo for this video and all of your wonderful content.

There's a few things that I'd love to see them change, like their return process on defective items. Listen, I definitely understand the lack of customer service from Dooney. I can not believe, WELL I CAN BELIEVE that you had to go through all of that. That is crazy and to think affiliate or not no one should have to have an inside connection to find out why their bag is not en route. That is crazy and the amount of time to just find out it had to be sent back. So this would be very frustrating because I feel like you have to follow up but at least tell people the truth when they are calling about their items. When you got to preorder talk, Listen we will not go there again. The preorder is not really a preorder. It is not a good process as we have not had success and they do not update you with facts about that when you call and ask either. I do not agree with them charging to ship it back because it should've gone through quality check first. That's another topic for another video. I am glad that I finally have my bag back, though. Wow. I’m shocked at D&B’s customer service response. It has been a while since I had to deal with CS. They were excellent whenever I did though. Glad you got your gorgeous bag back whole though.
Yea, it's very unfortunate. I've only had to reach out a handful of times, and I always dread it. Thank you for sharing your experience, though, because it shows that not all of their agents lack in that dept. TFW 🤗
Listen, I definitely understand the lack of customer service from Dooney. I can not believe, WELL I CAN BELIEVE that you had to go through all of that. That is crazy and to think affiliate or not no one should have to have an inside connection to find out why their bag is not en route. That is crazy and the amount of time to just find out it had to be sent back. So this would be very frustrating because I feel like you have to follow up but at least tell people the truth when they are calling about their items. When you got to preorder talk, Listen we will not go there again. The preorder is not really a preorder. It is not a good process as we have not had success and they do not update you with facts about that when you call and ask either. OK enough of my rant but clearly this is something we have ranted about lol tfs the facts and your experience. It will help those that may have to send in repairs so they can know what may happen
I agree completely, sis! The lack of communication is really unacceptable. It's cool and all that they offer the service of repairing items, but I definitely won't be utilizing it or their pre-order until they make improvements. Beautiful Bag. She is absolutely gorgeous. Their customer service is not customer friendly! I hate how they cancel your order without notice! Very irritating! I have never utilized repair service. I can’t imagine their repair service being worse than the communication with Louis Vuitton Repair.

I love the look of the bags but the bag is heavy empty and heavier when you put a few items inside
