Just to put this game in perspective Cedar grove is a 3A school with probably 600 kids in the whole school ( I know it’s down the street from my house) and lowdnes is a 7A school with over 2K ..
Has nothing to do with talent of the teams. Just depth. To put it in real perspective CG has 10+ D1 players and Lowndes has 4 at the most. The only thing CG lacks is depth.

Ima MLK alumni and I personally whooped Valdosta, Coffee while I was in school on they home fields. Dekalb county the reason they started going higher with classifications cus we was knocking y’all big budget programs out the playoffs every year. Not they South Ga, Cobb and Gwinnett beat each other up all day.

They got into a 14 pt deficit & battled back the entire game, These boys never quit & dug deep in 2nd half… all the way thru 4th Qtr, Didn’t stop 🛑 until clock ran down to 0.00! Great Game.

No matter who wins...Its always Salt thrown,just take the damn L!!!...Its over with,at least they're not on the Couch after the Loss!!!You Lose,it was bcuz of a mistake,lack of practice for the situation or the winning team was just better,lifted harder in the Weightroom,watched more film or were better coached hands down!!Beat it with that "What if" sh*t"!!!They built a solid lead n Lost,home field has nothing to do with that,Lowndes just wanted it more that's all!!!No one put a gun to a Cedar Grove Fan's head n told em not to show up!!!Hell,If CG were that good with D-1 talent,they would've pulled away easily!!And to the one for CG going to Arkansas,just be ready for Bryant Denny,Jordan Hare,Sanford,Death Valley,Ben Hill Griffin & Neyland Stadium...Then y'all can say Home Field Advantage!!!Just Keep you at least 3 pairs of Earplugs n ready to get an ear full going back to the Sideline after a timeout Young Fella!!
